2. Continual Learning: Keep your mind sharp by engaging in lifelong learning. Consider reading Catholic literature, studying the Bible, reading educational and inspirational books, or joining a Bible study group to deepen your faith and knowledge.
3. Set Realistic Goals: As a mom over 40, you have a wealth of experience. Set realistic goals for yourself, whether they are related to your career, personal & spiritual growth, or family life. Achieving these goals can boost your self-esteem and mental well-being.
Body: Prioritizing Physical Health
1. Regular Exercise: Staying active is essential for maintaining physical health. Find an exercise routine that suits a over 40 Catholic mom and fitness level, such as walking, running, hiking, swimming, or pilates. Invite family members to join you for added support. Plus drinking plenty of water is so important. Drink half your weight in ounces as your first goal.
